Elise has been an athlete her entire life and began coaching gymnastics at age 14. That early responsibility built discipline, consistency, and a strong work ethic that defines how she works today. She holds a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, has studied interior design, and trained in cosmetology, giving her a natural sense of space, style, and presentation.
